I recently assembled the Joy Car 1.3. Initially, the unit worked perfectly for a few minutes using a simple program (forward motion and basic obstacle detection).
However, after I downloaded the specific "JoyCar-Projekte-03-Hinderniserkennung" script from your website, the car ran for about 30 seconds before the motors stopped completely. Since then, I have been unable to get the motors to turn.
Current Status & Troubleshooting:
Sensors/Servos: All other sensors and servos are active and working correctly.
Motor Health: I connected the batteries directly to the motors, and they both spun, so the motors themselves are not defective.
Board Output: When configuring the micro:bit to drive the motors, they do not move. I used a multimeter and found there is no current flowing from the mainboard to the motors, despite the rest of the board receiving power.
It appears there may be a fault with the motor driver on the mainboard. Could you please advise on the next steps or a potential solution?
Thank you
Gianluca

Thank you Jens, I just wrote to the support, even though I wrote an email a week ago as well.
